* coffread.c: Replace all occurrences of bfd_read with bfd_bread.
* dbxread.c: Likewise. * dwarf2read.c: Likewise. * dwarfread.c: Likewise. * somread.c: Likewise. * ultra3-nat.c: Likewise. * xcoffread.c: Likewise.
