* i386-linux-tdep.h (I386_LINUX_NUM_REGS): New define.
* x86-64-linux-nat.c: Include "i386-linux-tdep.h" and "amd64.h".
Change "register array" to "register cache" in comments.
(x86_64_linux_gregset64_reg_offset): New variable.
(GETREGS_SUPPLIES): Remove macro.
(supply_gregset): Call amd64_supply_native_gregset instead of
x86_64_linux_supply_gregset.
(fill_gregset): Rename `regno' to `regnum'. Call
