* utils.c (get_cell): Fix off-by-one bug.
* mips-tdep.c (get_frame_pointer, fix_sign_extension):
New functions to consolidate common code.
(mips_frame_chain, init_extra_frame_info): Use new functions
to fix problems with backtrace and finish commands on ddb board.
