* expprint.c (dump_subexp_body_standard) <OP_TYPEOF,

* std-operator.def (OP_TYPEOF, OP_DECLTYPE): New constants.

gdb/testsuite
* gdb.cp/casts.exp: Add tests for typeof and decltype.
* gdb.cp/casts.cc (decltype): New function.
