* value.h (VALUE_TYPE, VALUE_NEXT, VALUE_OFFSET, VALUE_BITSIZE)
(VALUE_BITPOS): Delete.
(value_type, value_offset, value_bitsize, value_bitpos): Declare.

(value_bitsize): New functions. Update references.
