valarith.c: Replace INIT_VAL_WITH_FIXED_POINT_VAL macro by lambda
gdb/ChangeLog (Simon Marchi <simark@simark.ca>):
* valarith.c (fixed_point_binop): Replace the
INIT_VAL_WITH_FIXED_POINT_VAL macro by a lambda. Update all
users accordingly.
