* gdbarch.sh (DEPRECATED_PC_IN_CALL_DUMMY): Delete. * gdbarch.h, gdbarch.c: Re-generate. * frame.h (deprecated_pc_in_call_dummy): Delete "sp" and "fp" parameters. * dummy-frame.c (deprecated_pc_in_call_dummy): Update. * arm-tdep.c (arm_pc_is_thumb_dummy): Call deprecated_pc_in_call_dummy instead of DEPRECATED_PC_IN_CALL_DUMMY.
