with an ANSI compiler.
* complain.c (complain): Likewise.
* language.c (type_error, range_error): Likewise.
* monitor.c (monitor_printf, monitor_printf_noecho): Likewise.
* remote-array.c (printf_monitor, debuglogs): Likewise.
