(tui_line_from_reg_element_no): Rename tuiLineFromRegElementNo.
(tui_calculate_regs_column_count): Rename
tuiCalculateRegsColumnCount.
(tui_check_register_values): Rename tuiCheckRegisterValues.
(tui_show_registers): Rename tuiShowRegisters.
(tui_display_registers_from_line): Rename
