gdb/testsuite:
* gdb.base/catch-syscall.exp: Skip it before compilation if target
doesn't support.
* gdb.base/foll-exec.exp, gdb.base/foll-fork.exp: Likewise.
* gdb.base/foll-vfork.exp, gdb.multi/bkpt-multi-exec.exp: Likewise.
