	* gdb.base/charsign.c, gdb.base/charsign.exp: Delete.
	* gdb.base/display.exp: Allow print/s.
	* gdb.base/printcmds.exp, gdb.base/setvar.exp: Revert signed
	and unsigned char array changes.
