* sparclite: Removed subdirectory. aload and eload are now in
utils/sparclite, low-level library is in libgloss.
* configure.in (sparclite*): Don't configure sparclite subdir.
* configure: Update.
* Makefile.in (TARDIRS): Remove, no longer used.
