* gdbarch.sh (BELIEVE_PCC_PROMOTION): Replace by
gdbarch_believe_pcc_promotion.
* stabsread.c (define_symbol): Likewise.
Remove unnecessary definition.
* coffread.c (process_coff_symbol): Remove unnecessary code.
* gdbarch.c, gdbarch.h: Regenerate.
