Remove regcache_cooked_read
Remove regcache_cooked_read, update callers to use
readable_regcache::cooked_read instead.
gdb/ChangeLog:
* regcache.h (regcache_cooked_read): Remove, update callers to
use readable_regcache::cooked_read instead.
* regcache.c (regcache_cooked_read): Remove.
