get_regcache_arch to get at the current architecture by regcache.

(sparc64_supply_fpregset, sparc64_collect_fpregset): Use
get_regcache_arch to get at the current architecture by regcache.
* sparc64nbsd-nat. (sparc64nbsd_supply_gregset)
