* gdb.texinfo (Shell Commands): fixed messages about shell usage.
HP was insisting on C shell. Now all UNIX platforms have the
same message. removed @ifset HPPA and @ifclear HPPA

* inftarg.c (child_create_inferior): fixed HPUXHPPA specific
call to fork_inferior. The shell param is now NULL.
