* remote-sds.c: New file, interface to SDS-compatible monitors.
* Makefile.in (remote-sds.o): Add build rule. * config/powerpc/ppc-eabi.mt, config/powerpc/ppc-sim.mt (TDEPFILES): Add remote-sds.o.
