	away `disable' from dos.h, since breakpoint.h defines an enum
	member of the same name, and GCC 2.7.2 barfs.
	(_initialize_go32_nat): Provide new commands dos-sysinfo, dos-ldt,
	dos-gdt, and dos-idt, all of them in the "info" class
