* config/tc-mips.c (md_begin): If mips_cpu is set, then use it as
the argument to bfd_set_arch_mach.
(load_address): Use bfd_arch_bits_per_address to determine the
bit size of an address instead of looking at the isa level.
(macro, macro2, s_cprestore, s_cpadd): Likewise.
