* config/tc-mips.c (mips_init_after_args): New function. Set byte_order here.
(md_parse_option): Not here.
(byte_order): Don't bother initializing.
* config/tc-mips.h (mips_init_after_args): Declare.
(tc_init_after_args): New macro.
