* ppcobsd-nat.c: Include "gdbcore.h", <sys/signal.h>,
<machine/frame.h>, <machine/pcb.h> and "bsd-kvm.h". (ppcobsd_supply_pcb): New function. (_initialize_ppcobsd_nat): Enable libkvm interface. * Makefile.in (ppcobsd-nat.o): Update dependencies.
