* Makefile.in: (.SUFFIXES): Add ".l" and ".y".
(.y.c, .l.c): Specify implicit rule. Instead of .tab.c, generate
.c. Update references. Delete unnecessary .tab.c and -lex.c rules.
(ada-exp.o, c-exp.o, f-exp.o): Replace ada-exp.tab.o et.al. rule.
(jv-exp.o, m2-exp.o, objc-exp.o, p-exp.o): Similar.
