register_gdbarch_swap.
(DEPRECATED_REGISTER_GDBARCH_SWAP): Rename REGISTER_GDBARCH_SWAP.

DEPRECATED_REGISTER_GDBARCH_SWAP.
* remote.c (_initialize_remote): Ditto.
* regcache.c (_initialize_regcache): Ditto.
* parse.c (_initialize_parse): Ditto.
* infrun.c (_initialize_infrun): Ditto.
