(exec_ops): Delete extern declaration. * exec.c: Update copyright. Include "exec.h". * corelow.c: Update dependencies. Include "exec.h". * Makefile.in (exec_h): Define. (exec.o, somsolib.o): Update dependencies. (pa64solib.o, corelow.o): Update dependencies.
