* symfile.c (syms_from_objfile): Update.
(reread_symbols): Update.
* objfiles.h (OBJF_SYMS): Remove.
(OBJF_REORDERED): Renumber.
(OBJF_SHARED): Likewise.
(OBJF_READNOW): Likewise.
(OBJF_USERLOADED): Likewise.
