* objfiles.c (add_to_objfile_sections): Remove outdated comments.
Rename objfile_p_char parameter to objfilep.
(build_objfile_section_table): Result is now void. All callers
updated.
* objfiles.h (struct objfile): Tweak comments, whitespace.
(build_objfile_section_table): Update.
