LVU: include dwarf2dbg.h for dwarf2_emit_insn
Nick Clifton pointed out that dwarf2dbg.h is not always included.
It depends on the target. Since it already checks what the debug
info type is, we can just call dwarf2_emit_insn: it is always
linked in too.
