* stabs.texinfo: Remove full description of big example.
It's not really helpful; just use pieces of it where appropriate.
Add more Texinfo formatting directives (@samp, etc.).
Use @deffn to define stab types.
Eliminate some wordiness. Break up some nodes.
Add an (alphabetized) index of symbol types.
