* frame.h (deprecated_unwind_get_saved_register): Delete.
* frame.c (deprecated_unwind_get_saved_register): Delete function.
* mips-tdep.c (mips_get_saved_register): Use frame_register_unwind
and deprecated_get_next_frame_hack instead of
deprecated_unwind_get_saved_register.
