	* configure: Regenerated.
	* configure.host: Document gdb_host_obs.  Add an entry for
	i[34567]86-*-mingw32*.
	* mingw-hdep.c, posix-hdep.c: New files.
	* utils.c (safe_strerror): Remove, moved to posix-hdep.o.
