* Makefile.am (CPU_TYPES): Add maxq and mt. Sort.
(CPU_OBJ_VALID): Change sense of COFF test to default to invalid.
Make some cpus unsupported on ELF. Run "make dep-am".
* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
