* stack.c (return_command): Use get_frame_type, instead of
CALL_DUMMY_HAS_COMPLETED.
* inferior.h (CALL_DUMMY_HAS_COMPLETED): Delete definition.
* config/pa/tm-hppa.h (CALL_DUMMY_HAS_COMPLETED): Delete macro.
