Normalize names of some source files
Most tdep/nat files are named: <cpu>-<os>-tdep.c <cpu>-<os>-nat.c A few files do not respect this scheme. This patch renames them so that they are consistent with the rest of the files. It builds fine with --enable-targets=all, but that doesn't test the nat files.
