Enable rthreads support on OpenBSD/hppa

* hppabsd-nat.c: Remove file.
* hppaobsd-nat.c: New file.
* Makefile.in (ALLDEPFILES): Remove hppabsd-nat.c. Add
hppaobsd-nat.c.
* config/pa/obsd.mh (NATDEPFILES): Replace hppabsd-nat.o with
hppaobsd-nat.o.
