* gdbarch.sh (CALL_DUMMY_LOCATION): Default to AT_ENTRY_POINT.
(USE_GENERIC_DUMMY_FRAMES): Default to true.
(PC_IN_CALL_DUMMY): Default to generic_pc_in_call_dummy.
* gdbarch.c, gdbarch.h: Re-generate.
* inferior.h (USE_GENERIC_DUMMY_FRAMES): Delete macro definition.
(CALL_DUMMY_LOCATION): Delete macro definition.
(PC_IN_CALL_DUMMY): Delete macro definitions.
* arm-tdep.c (arm_gdbarch_init): Do not set pc_in_call_dummy,
default is already generic_pc_in_call_dummy.
* xstormy16-tdep.c (xstormy16_gdbarch_init): Ditto.
* v850-tdep.c (v850_gdbarch_init): Ditto.
* sh-tdep.c (sh_gdbarch_init): Ditto.
* rs6000-tdep.c (rs6000_gdbarch_init): Ditto.
* mips-tdep.c (mips_gdbarch_init): Ditto.
