Add qsupported to gdbarch.

* gdbarch.sh: Add qsupported.
* gdbarch.c: Regenerated.
* gdbarch.h: Likewise.
* remote.c (remote_state): Add gdbarch.
(init_remote_state): Set gdbarch.
(remote_query_supported): Support gdbarch_qsupported.
