* gdb_obstack.h: New file.
* symtab.h: Include "gdb_obstack.h" instead of "obstack.h".
(obstack_chunk_alloc, obstack_chunk_free): Delete macros.
* objfiles.h: Include "gdb_obstack.h".
* Makefile.in (gdb_obstack_h): Define.
(symtab_h): Add $(gdb_obstack_h).
(objfiles_h): Add $(gdb_obstack_h).
* objfiles.c: Include "gdb_obstack.h" instead of "obstack.h".
* macrotab.c, cp-valprint.c, dbxread.c: Ditto.
* ch-typeprint.c, ch-valprint.c, dstread.c: Ditto.
* macroexp.c, p-typeprint.c, stabsread.c: Ditto.

* p-valprint.c, symmisc.c, typeprint.c: Ditto.
