* fbsd-nat.c: New files with cleaned up contents of fbsd-proc.c.
* fbsd-nat.h: New file.
* Makefile.in (ALLDEPFILES): Add fbsd-nat.c.
(fbsd_nat_h): New variable.
(fbsd-nat.o): New dependency.
