gdb: remove FIELD_TYPE macro
Remove the `FIELD_TYPE` macro, changing all the call sites to use
`field::type` directly.
gdb/ChangeLog:
* gdbtypes.h (FIELD_TYPE): Remove. Change all call sites
to use field::type instead.
