* Makefile.in (dwarf2-frame.o): Add complaints_h.
* dwarf2-frame.c: Include complaints.h. (decode_frame_entry_1): Rename from decode_frame_entry; tidy variable initialization; return NULL on error. (decode_frame_entry): New.
