* dbxread.c (dbx_symfile_init): Move more code under hp9000s800
conditional.
* hppabsd-core.c: Don't include "param.h", include <sys/param.h>
instead.
* remote.c (remote_wait): Cast signal to void * to avoid warning
from busted HP compiler.
