* acinclude.m4 (no_tcl): SUBST TCL_CC_SEARCH_FLAGS.
* aclocal.m4: Regenerate.
* configure: Regenerate.
* Makefile.in (TCL): Use TCL_CC_SEARCH_FLAGS instead of
TCL_LD_SEARCH_FLAGS.
