* config/i386/tm-linux.h (sys_quotactl): Do not define.
* configure.ac (sys_quotactl, START_INFERIOR_TRAPS_EXPECTED): Do not
define for i[[3456]]86-*-linux* native configurations.
* config.in, configure: Regenerate.
