* doc/gdbint.texinfo (Host Definition): Remove documentation
for USE_O_NOCTTY, no longer used.
* config/xm-aix4.h (USE_O_NOCTTY): Remove, no longer used.
* config/rs6000/xm-rs6000.h (USE_O_NOCTTY): Likewise.
