* config/mips/tm-mips.h (COERCE_FLOAT_TO_DOUBLE): Only prefer
non-prototyped case over prototyped case for C.
* config/pa/tm-hppa.h (COERCE_FLOAT_TO_DOUBLE): Ditto.
