* config/pa/tm-hppa.h (PSW_*): Define processor status word masks.
(INSTRUCTION_NULLIFIED): Allow specific targets to override.
* config/pa/tm-hppao.h (INSTRUCTION_NULLIFIED): Define to work
around losing mach kernel behavior.
