* valops.c (coerce_float_to_double): New variable.

(value_arg_coerce): Use coerce_float_to_double.
(_initialize_valops): Add "set coerce-float-to-double".
* value.h (default_coerce_float_to_double): Remove prototype.

* hpread.c (hpread_process_one_debug_symbol): Mark C++ functions as
prototyped.
