(DEPRECATED_CALL_DUMMY_STACK_ADJUST): Replace

reference to CALL_DUMMY_STACK_ADJUST_P. Rename
CALL_DUMMY_STACK_ADJUST to DEPRECATED_CALL_DUMMY_STACK_ADJUST.
Add reference to PUSH_ARGUMENTS.
