* config/sparc/{nm,tm,xm}-nbsd.h: New files, renamed from
  {nm,tm,xm}-sparcnbsd.h to conform to prefered file naming
  conventions.
* configure.in: (sparc-*-netbsd): use config/sparc/nbsd.m[ht].
