* config/mips/tm-mips.h (REGISTER_CONVERT_TO_TYPE): Delete.
(REGISTER_CONVERT_FROM_TYPE): Delete.
(mips_register_convert_to_type): Delete declaration.
(mips_register_convert_from_type): Delete declaration.
* linux-nat.h (struct target_ops): Declare opaque. s/Linux/Linux
kernel/.
